Bandtopia is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help independent bands manage bookings, calendars, repertoire, finances, and band communications. The Service is provided "as is" during its early-access pilot phase.

By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DURING THE PILOT PHASE, THE SERVICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR CHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANDTOPIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at legal@bandtopia.io.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
